Student Bursary Awards
Whether you’re just starting or continuing your third level education, this opportunity is for YOU!
How it works:
- 5 Student Bursaries are awarded each year - £500 PER YEAR to be paid in two instalments (October & March)
- The bursary recipients will be determined following an assessment by the SAG Credit Union Ltd Bursary Committee.
- Only one application per student is permissible. Applications will be available online by emailing info@sagcreditunion.co.uk
- Completed Applications must be returned by 30TH SEPTEMBER 2024.
- Recipients will be notified via email by the 19TH OCTOBER 2024
- The decision of the Bursary Committee is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
- The Bursary Committee will consist of 1 board member, 1 volunteer and 1 staff member.
Eligible criteria:
- You must be a member of SAG Credit Union
- Students must be able to show evidence of having applied and then accepted on the course.
- Students must provide a reference from a teacher or friend.
To enter you must complete a short application form. You can get a copy by:

- Popping into our Poleglass or Andersonstown offices
