Our Consumer Duty Report Card
We're pleased to share the results of our Annual Consumer Duty Board Report and Assessment.
Our Board took a close look at how we're doing across the four key areas the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) cares about most:
Can our members easily access products and services that actually meet their needs?
Are our products and services doing what they're supposed to do?
Are we offering fair value?
Are we giving our members the care and support they deserve?
We're happy to report that we're meeting the mark in all these areas, showing our commitment to putting you, our members, first.
While we're proud of what we've achieved, we've also spotted some areas where we can do even better. That's exactly the point of these reviews – to keep improving and making sure we're delivering the best possible service to you.
